Hi, I’m Monica Browning—a leadership & life coach, clarity-seeker, and someone who knows what it’s like to feel stuck.
Eight years ago, I hit a wall in my corporate career. I was living on autopilot: working to live, people-pleasing, feeling disconnected from what truly mattered. It wasn’t until I stepped away that I realized how misaligned my life had become—and how deeply I craved clarity.
That moment sparked a transformation. I built a coaching practice rooted in purpose, values, and service—helping leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals like you reconnect with what matters most.
With 20+ years of international experience, multiple career pivots, and deep training as a certified PCC/CPCC coach, I bring both lived experience and professional expertise to the table. My work is trauma-informed, neuroscience-backed, and heart-led.
